Liberty Party 2 was started Frank E Webb to promote Socialism and represent the exploited and poor started Liberty Party 2.
Liberty Party 3 Has been revived by Costantino Rozzo of Paterson NJ. It represents all the above, and the non-intellectual and disenfranchised Democratic Socialist, The common guy and gal. We wish to change current socialism by lobby and allow socialists to keep in touch with the needs that they wish to represent.
The New Liberty Party has the ability and vision to move into the 21st century of boundless competition and to lead the age of a Democratic Socialism.

Through aggressive reforms in the financial, corporate, labor and public sectors, the Government was able to rejuvenate the economy under the principles of a Co-operative economy, establishing a strong basis for a take-off in the 21st century. As a result, exports and investment increased substantially.
Small and medium-size companies as well as venture Co-operative and Collective businesses are being nurtured.
Policies In Brief
Active Democracy:
The development of social democracy is the core of our being. The NLP feels it is extremely important to enhance parliamentarianism, a fundamental element of democracy. Through continuing political reform, the party encourages people to voice their views during the process of formulating various government policies and to participate in political activities.
Reform:
The NLP understands that through incessant innovation, the Government should open itself to the general public and set up an effective Public Oriented administrative system. To protect individual dignity, personal rights and other basic human rights, the police and other government agencies should make reformes when needed. The elected Officials need to initiate the revision and reform of relevant laws and regulations.
Free Market and Co-operative economy (Economic justice):
Market economics is the guiding principle of the nation. The MLP pursues a fair and orderly economy.
A Market for freeand creative economic activities. Particular emphasis will be placed on fostering co-operative firms. Big businesses will be encouraged to arrange strategic alliances with small and venture businesses in a mutually beneficial to all people.
The party is aware of the vital importance knowledge-based industries will assume in the national and international economy.
In productive welfare, the party is striving to achieve the maximum development of individuals and is making a fiscal commitment to raising the general quality of life. People with disabilities will be assured minimum living expenses according to the law. A strong and broad middle class is the staple of a first-rate country. Upward mobility of low-income families will be pursued aggressively.
Free Education:
The NLP's education platform is oriented to nurturing creative democratic citizens. Free Education and Training will be impleneted so that individuals, regardless of financial capability, will be able to reach their full academic and personal potential. Our policy seeks to cultivate a social atmosphere in which individuals can cultivate talent will be treated well regardless of academic credentials.
The Future:
Science and Technology is the engine of national development in this age of a knowledge and information revolution. Through increased investment in research and development, the NLP envisions a strong Korea driven by its powerful knowledge and information capabilities. The NLP firmly believes that nobody should be discriminated against because of their gender, creed, place of origin, or their financial, educational or physical status. All citizens should strive to build a society where individuals are allowed to develop their talents fully and are treated with fairness and impartiality and where the privileged have compassion for their less fortunate neighbors in the interest of the common good. Family is the basic unit of society where character is nourished and built. The NLP believes that families should be encouraged to respect each member and to develop in a harmonious and democratic way. While many of the old ethics and morals are still valid, the modern concept of gender equality a should be valued.
Work Place Democracy:
In this new information age, workers are expected to play as important a role.The NLP encourages
workers to actively participate in economic and civic activities, while advocating complete equality for employees in work places.
Youth Rights:
Realizing the passions and challenging spirit of young minds, the NLP respects and is ready to speak for theirdreams and ideals in our common march for nation building. More importantly, the NLP encourages young people to get actively involved in the political process and to speak for themselves. The Party especially has plans for young entrepreneurs who are interested in starting a Co-operative. abuse of young people will not be tolerated and each rights will be protected.
Senior Rights
As life expectancy increases, the NLP advoctes searching new ways to productively and meaningfully utilize the expertise and wisdom of older citizens. Increased social and economic activities mean a happier life for many etired citizens. Improvement in the welfare system is being sought to ensure a more comfortable life for the aged.
The Disabled:
The NLP is aware that one standard for judging a country is how it treats its citizens with disabilities. It isproposing that the Government substantially increase the budget for the handicapped, particularly those with severe impairments as well as public facilities for them. In that way, people with disabilities will have more access to rehabilitation, education, and job training.
Sustainable Development:
In an economy largely based on information, no country has to choose development over environment or the other way around. Preservation of nature can be achieved through a sustainable development strategy. A pleasant living environment is not beyond reach if the nation works out a nature-friendly economy and tries to conform, at least, to international conventions.
Foriegn Policy:
The 21st century calls on nations of the world to honor common values for the good of humanity, shedding self-righteous nationalism and exclusivism. Under the principle of global peace, democracy, human rights and justice, the World Government will strengthen international cooperation in all areas, including diplomacy, economy, culture and environmental protection. Particularly, the NLP is Supportive of enhancing democracy in the world and helping developing nations to stand on their own feet economically.
The Military:
The NLP strongly argues that the nation armed forces should be reduced and a Peace Core developed. International Peace and Unity should not be by the gun, but by diplomacy. We urge the Nations of the world to stop Militarism and we profess cutting the US Military expenditure in half.
